This class is for competition dancers and parent/guardian observers. Learn more about The Bridge Dance Project <a href="https://thebridgedanceproject.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HERE</a>. Join registered dietitian nutritionist and dancer Emily Velasquez for dance-specific nutrition tips, including how to meet a dancer&#x27;s unique nutritional demands and fuel the body with quick snacks. The final 15 minutes will be set aside to answer questions.Masks required for all attendees!
