This class is for adult commercial dancers and dance educators in the competition/commercial dance field. Learn more about The Bridge Dance Project <a href="https://thebridgedanceproject.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HERE</a>. Curious how you or your students can work toward flexibility goals, while also protecting and strengthening the body? Join certified personal trainer and dance educator Melissa Rumsey for this workshop that integrates dance science principles with flexibility training. This movement session covers injury risk reduction techniques, as well as tips to increase flexibility using methods that promote safety.Masks required for all attendees! Please bring your own yoga mat. If you have yoga blocks and a theraband, please bring those, as well.
