The Newark Museum of Art is a not-for-profit museum of art, science and education in Newark, New Jersey. Open Thursdays - Fridays 12-7pm & Saturdays - Sundays 10am - 5pm.Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, New Years Day, July 4, Thanksgiving and December 25.We welcome everyone with inclusive experiences that spark curiosity and foster community.

All Aboard the Color Train!  Kids will explore primary and secondary colors while discovering art in the galleries. The adventure ends with a hands-on studio activity. perfect for sparking creativity and imagination! Registration required. Reserve your spot in advance. One book per family will be provided for a shared reading adventure.
