Celebrate our collective awakening to heart-centered living! To loving each other in a more compassionate way - no matter what occurs in the physical realm. We’ll practice Buddhist and Hindu-based meditations for opening the heart and quieting the worry mind. We’ll follow those practices with Unity’s affirmative prayer as we align with Christ Consciousness. We’ll explore how to apply loving kindness and open-heartedness in difficult situations. We’ll agree to be heart-centered guides in this new era of awakening. Join Sue Frederick, best-selling author and spiritual practitioner, to reclaim your fearless heart-centered path. THIS CLASS MEETS THREE WEDNESDAYS FROM 6:30 TO 8:00 PM PACIFIC TIME: SEPT 22, SEPT 29 &amp; OCT 6. THE $45 TUITION COVERS ALL THREE CLASSES.
