Welcome!Interested in a guided yoga class? This Level 1-1.5 vinyasa yoga class begins with breath awareness and then moves through seated and standing poses. My aim is to teach to the level of the students in attendance.I provide instruction, yoga blocks, and straps. I encourage the use of props to help guide you into poses safely especially for beginners. Gentle, hands-on adjustments available but only with your consent. Beginners are welcome.We meet at Sequoia Park (in Monterey Park) by the Japanese garden. Please bring your own mat and towel.RSVP is required so I know you're coming!$10 donation/person. If you can’t afford $10, register based on what you can afford. Your instructor relies on this revenue to cover costs. For those who are able to give more than the suggested donation, your generosity helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price, and provides additional support to your instructor. Thank you for your kindness!About your instructor, Olivia:I am a certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance (RYT-500). During shelter-in-place, I realized how much I missed being in community and connecting with others. I offer this in-person class to share the benefits of yoga with others.
