Chantell Siler is the founder of DAH Expressive Coaching, where she helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves through expressive arts, somatic movement, massage therapy, and energy work. Her journey of self-discovery taught her that true healing integrates mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by clients who encouraged her to expand into coaching, Chantell now guides others in peeling away the masks of expectation, embracing who they truly are, and creating lives of freedom, authenticity, and self-love.﻿

Step into a sacred space of self-discovery, acceptance, and transformation.Poetic MOVEment: The Release is a powerful mind-body-spirit experience designed to guide you through the principles of DAH—Discover, Accept, Heal.🧘🏽‍♀️ Discover We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you connect deeply with your inner self and uncover the truths that lie within.📝 Accept You’ll translate your discoveries into poetry—writing about the parts of yourself you embrace and the fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs you’re ready to release. Through awareness, we find acceptance.💃🏽 Heal You’ll be gently guided in expressive movement and somatic practices to embody release. As music flows, your collective poems will be woven into one powerful piece, read aloud open-mic style as you move—letting go of what no longer serves you.💬 Reflect We’ll close in community, sharing insights and holding space for one another’s growth. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, freer, and deeply connected to your authentic self.No prior dance or writing experience needed—just an open heart.
