overview ﻿This virtual class provides a foundational understanding of antiracism and what it means to be antiracist. Participants are guided through an exploration around how they can sustainably practice antiracism in all areas of life. This workshop is best suited for folks that have a foundational understanding of privilege, microaggressions, implicit bias, and structural racism.what you&#x27;&#x27;ll learn:<ul><li>what is structural racism</li><li>what does it mean to be antiracist</li><li>how to be a practitioner of antiracism as an individual</li></ul>*This class will be led by a Facilitator in Training as part of our Antiracism Facilitator Fellowship.
