Community Acupuncture (Houston), Stress + Sleep Support, Sundays 1PM to 3PM

Community Acupuncture (Houston), Stress + Sleep Support, Sundays 1PM to 3PM

Overview

Community acupuncture in a calm group setting, seated and fully clothed. Monthly support for stress and sleep.

Take a slow Sunday reset, without needing a full private session.

We host monthly community, group style acupuncture on one Sunday each month.
Community acupuncture is performed in a group setting, seated in chairs, while you remain fully clothed.

How do I know if community acupuncture is right for me?

You are looking for lower cost acupuncture treatment.
Community acupuncture is offered at a reduced cost (almost 70% off the price of a private acupuncture session), making it a good option for those whose insurance does not cover acupuncture, or for those who want a more accessible option for ongoing care.

You feed off group energy.
The group setting has a unique benefit in its communal nature. The energy of people joining together in the same room to rest and heal can be quite powerful.

You want support for your mind, body, and spirit.
Community acupuncture can be supportive for stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep, grief, digestion issues, hormone imbalances, inflammation, and more. Traditionally, community acupuncture has been used to support a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional concerns.

Community acupuncture may not be a good fit for you if:

You prefer privacy during your sessions.
Due to the community nature of these sessions, intakes are completed one on one, but not in a private room. If you prefer not to discuss personal health matters in front of others, you may prefer private acupuncture sessions.

Your primary goal is to address back pain or pain on the back side of the body.
You will be fully clothed and seated in a chair for these sessions, and your acupuncturist will not have access to your back. If your main goal is back focused treatment, you will be better suited for private acupuncture sessions.

Investment: $60
Capacity: 12 participants max. 4 time slots. Sign up now.
