Elderberry has been studied for well over a decade, and is a proven antiviral remedy to prevent and ease symptoms from the cold and flu. It is also a very tasty and fun herbal medicine to make. In my home, we consume elderberry syrup daily in 2 different recipes that will be shared in this class. Participants will enjoy a demonstration of syrup preparation and will take home a 2 oz. bottle of Elderberry syrup and Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar and recipes. Suggestion: please bring a notebook for taking notes.
