&lt;strong&gt;About Capture to Print Workshops&lt;/strong&gt;Printing your photos will make you a better photographer. The first step to creating a great print is by understanding how to create a great photograph in the field.Capture-To-Print is an intermediate workshop that focuses not only on photography, but also editing and printing! Half photo workshop, half editing and printing, we will take you through the whole process--from &lt;strong&gt;Capture to Print&lt;/strong&gt;-- to demonstrate &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;what&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; is important in the field, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;how&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; to effectively process photos, and &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;why&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; printing is a necessity.&lt;strong&gt;About this workshop&lt;/strong&gt;Rockport is a premiere destination for photographers. The town is an eclectic mix of unique storefronts, a beautiful harbor, boats, and a rich fishing tradition that offers a wide variety of photographic subjects. The town is both vibrant and weathered. Rockport is also one of the best places to have both a Photo Walk and a class. There&#x27;s a great variety to photograph in Rockport, from architecture to scenery, from portraits to macro, in Color and in Black &amp; White. We will also emphasize all of the elements to consider to obtain a truly amazing print in the end!After the workshop, attendees will edit their photos on their own and upload 2-3 images to the instructors for review. We will review those edits, individually discuss your editing choices and make suggestions for additional edits, then print the images as 12x18&quot; on fine art paper. We will conclude the workshop the following week with a printed image review. We will hold the review in our Melrose store, but if you cannot attend this, you will also be able to watch it online. (The session will also be recorded if you cannot make it to the online session live.) This will be a fun and challenging workshop that will walk you through the full process of creating a print, from capture to edit to print. The process of printing is integral to developing one&#x27;s photographic vision.
