Absolutely! This class is designed with all levels in mind. No prior movement experience needed.

What should I wear to class?

Accepted Answer

Wear something that you feel comfortable moving in. Note that some movements may enable you to sweat. This class is best done with socks or barefoot.

Where is the class located?

Accepted Answer

This class is located in Studio 2. Studio 2 is located on the second level of the building. Once you enter, walk up the stairs to the front desk to check in, then turn left and go up one flight of stairs. There are unfortunately no elevators in this building.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are not available for this event, however a tickets can be utilized for future class sessions.
