The Queens Historical Society resumes in-person neighborhood walking tours on two weekends this fall. Adrienne Onofri, tour guide and author of &quot;Walking Queens,&quot; will lead a two-hour walking tour of Astoria on Sunday, October 3, and of Jamaica on Saturday, October 23. Delayed Virtual participation will be an option for those who don&#x27;t wish to attend in-person. Each tour runs from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Meeting point for the October 3 tour in Astoria is the steps outside Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, corner of 35th Ave. &amp; 36th Street. Meeting point for the October 23 tour in Jamaica is outside the Jamaica Performing Arts Center, Jamaica Ave. &amp; 153rd Street. Cost is $5 for QHS members, $10 for non-members. QHS encourages all attendees to be vaccinated for this event to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Please plan accordingly.This is the ticket page for our Astoria Tour!
