महाराष्ट्र मंडळ फिनलंड (MMF) तुमचे सर्वांचे गणेशोत्सवा निमित्त सहर्ष स्वागत करत आहे. यंदाच्या वर्षी आपण COVID-19(कोरोना) संबंधित आखून दिलेले सर्व नियम पाळून आपला उत्सव साजरा करणार आहोत. सर्वांच्या सुरक्षिततेची काळजी घेत आपण प्रत्येकासाठी ४५ मिनिटाचा वेळ निश्चित केला आहे. या करिता दिल्या गेलेल्या वेगवेगळ्या वेळानंमधून तुम्ही तुमची एक वेळ निवडायची आहे. या वेळात तुम्हाला गणपतीचे दर्शन, आरती, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आणि अस्सल महाराष्ट्रीय खाद्यपदार्थांचा आस्वाद घेता येईल. Maharashtra Mandal Finland (MMF) welcomes you to the annual Ganeshotsav celebration. We are looking forward to the celebration while ensuring that we’re adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines and making it safe for everyone to attend. In order to maintain the safe distance and hygiene requirements, we have created a Ganeshotsav experience which will last 45 minutes. There are four available slots during which you can perform Aarti, watch cultural performances and enjoy authentic Maharashtrian delicacies. By registering to attend the Ganeshotsav celebration organized by MMF at Leppävaaran Nuorisotila on 12th September, you agree to the following guidelines.1. No entry without registration. Please show your registration confirmation at the reception.2. Reporting window for a slot is 10 minutes, i.e. for 12-12:45 you must report at the reception latest by 12:10. Aarti will be performed at the 10th minute in the beginning of each slot. If you miss it, we cannot organize it again. Eg 12:10, 13:10. 3. If you miss your slot we cannot guarantee you an entry. 4. On arrival you will be given a wristband corresponding your slot. You must wear the band at all times while you are in the event premises. 5. You must wear a mask at all times while you are on the premises. This also applies to children over 12 years of age. 6. You must keep a safe distance of two meters from other groups. 7. Please be prepared to pay by cash at the food counters. 8. You must exit the venue at the end of the slot. Please avoid spending excess time as we need to get the venue ready for the next group. 9. You must follow the instructions given by the event volunteers.10. If you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend the event.11. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event please cancel your reservation so that the slot is freed. 12. The event will be photographed. Please inform at the reception if you do not wish to be photographed.
