Learning to take our past trauma and integrating our shadow self with our light self.

This class is the 11th class in the 12 class series that is once a month on the 2nd Sunday of each month . During this class we will learn how to dig deeper into our shadow self and integrate our shadow and light self together. Class lecture will be approximately 30-45 minutes of class. Following the lecture I will pull oracle cards to help you on your healing pathway. Followed by a meditation to heal past trauma that has been hiding deep within your shadow.You can start these classes at anytime, no need to have taken any of the other classes this year.I recommend a journal for after the meditation. During the meditation you may want a box of tissues.Class is $20. 1-2 hours before class you will receive an email with the handout for class and the zoom link. Class is 7 pm CST to 9 pm CST.I am unable to give refunds for the event 2 days (48 hours) prior to the event.
