The Ghostlight Theatre

According to legend, the cornerstone of the Ghostlight Theatre was laid on a dark and stormy Halloween night in 1889 and it's become the eternal home to several spooky spirits. The Lady in Red, Mary, and others have haunted the stage of this historic theatre for years, and it's time for them to tell their stories. Join members of the Ghostlight Theatre Company for a night of ghost stories and even a real-life mini ghost hunt! Hear tales from the basement, costume room, the infamous spiral staircase, and yes, even the auditorium where you sit! This event is family-friendly, with no "jump scares" or adult content--it's just a little spooky to kick off the Halloween season! And don't worry: all of our ghosts are friendly. Tours are open to anyone ages 10 and up (children under 16 must have a parent or guardian with them as well). Tickets are $10 each. Please keep in mind that while the auditorium itself is handicap accessible, the tour goes to places in the building that are not handicap accessible. Each of your tour guides is fully vaccinated. We are also keeping an eye on CDC guidelines in regards to mask wearing and social distancing. At this time, we are not requiring masks (we ask that if you are not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask), however, depending on any spikes in our area, this may change. If, for any reason, we suspect that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we will ask you to leave the tour without a refund. We want to create a safe environment for the families on the tour (and our ghosts as well). 100% of the money from your ticket goes right back to preserving this historic theatre... you'll help to keep the ghost light burning bright for many more years to come.Please keep in mind that all ticket sales are final. Copies of The Ghosts of the Ghostlight Theatre will be available to purchase. It includes over 100 real-life ghost stories from cast, crew, and audience members from the last 20 years!
