Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Kojun of Sacred Waves Sound Healing for a gentle meditative yoga class with sound bath at Village Productions in Amesville, Ohio. The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will accompany this all levels yoga class. Michelle will guide the class through gentle yoga postures that open and create space in the body, releasing feelings of physical tension. Kojun creates a soundscape to accompany our movements and our stillness, resulting in a state of deep peace. Sound bathing reduces stress and facilitates a meditative state.Preregistration is required, as the space is limited.
