Simply Simes Event Planning will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, loss or injury of any person(s) or items.Costumes are required for entry and we STRONGLY suggest that each individual wear a mask even if you are vaccinated for your protection. Complimentary masks will be provided at entry. We may require all guests wear masks depending on COVID case numbers in the month of October. We will keep everyone updated. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual participating in this event if such injury or death results from the inherent risks from contracting any variant of Covid-19.
