The Booster

All you need for your body to wake up and for you to get connected with it.In this class we mainly use improvisation to get our movement qualities rediscover in a playful yet very safe environment.There will be space in it for your history and beliefs. We will learn to to care with your body - to listen to it - to use it's full maximum. Yet, you will learn how to decide on the volume ( you will realize you always have a choice to go on 2% or 120% ).This class will fit for you if you search something that energizes you for the day - yet do not leave you exhausted so you will be able to go (back) to work or start your hike, run with your kiddos.On each class we will use different ideas to get more comfortable in our body, learn and discover new layers both in a mental and physical level.
