Learn to increase conflict resolution skills and discover what it takes to find answers while maintaining an authority exchange dynamic.

Note: This will be a live, online class offered through Zoom. No on-site tickets will be available.---Living in a relationship that exchanges authority 24/7 presents us with the challenge of resolving conflict within that dynamic. This can often be quite difficult. We will look at the basics of conflict resolution and how that applies, remains the same, and changes within a 24/7 authority exchange from both perspectives. The goal of this class is to increase our conflict resolution skills, and discover what we must focus on in order to find resolution while maintaining an authority exchange dynamic.PRESENTER:Tomo (She/Her) is a butch leatherdyke who found the leather community during a sunset motorcycle ride with her wife Mel over 25 years ago; and has presented classes, produced events, served as a judge, keynote speaker, and emcee at leather events since. Tomo has been served by her boy levi for over 10 years. She has recently fallen deeply in love with Eleven, her Lover and Dominant.Tomo served as Northwest slave 2015 and International slave 2016/2021. Beginning in 2023, she will become the Owner and Producer of the International Master slave Contest and South Plains Leatherfest. She was a Producer of Northwest Leather Celebration, the Northwest Master slave, Northwest Bootblack, and Northwest Person of Leather Contests. She was also a Producer of International Ms Leather Weekend for seven years. She produces the Ms Sacramento Leather Contest and is a founding member of the D.U.C.Tomo is the Director of MAsT: Sacramento, is a member and serves as Webmaster for Queer Leather Association Sacramento, has served as the West Coast Curator for the Leather Quilt Project, and is a member of MAsT: San Francisco, and The Exiles. She was awarded the Pantheon of Leather President's Award in 2013, the Master slave Conference slave Heart Award in 2018, and the 2020 Vice President’s Award from the National Leather Association. As a supporter of many in the leather community, she is often endearingly called Daddy Tomo.TICKETING:Tickets: $15 - $35 in advance through Eventbrite until the start of class. Please pay at the level you can comfortably afford.We offer a sliding scale, so that cost is not a barrier to attendance.The regular ticket is $25. This is what most people should pay.The $15 ticket is offered for those for whom the $25 ticket would be a barrier to participation. If $25 is too much, we take your word for it! Just pay $15.Have a great salary? Feeling generous? Paying at the $35 level allows us to make the discounted ticketing available to others who need it.So - that's it! Choose the level you can comfortably afford.ACCESS:This will be a live, online class offered through Zoom. To participate, you will need to download the free, basic version of the Zoom app before the class!
