How is the class structured?

The class is broken into two sessions:

Day 1: We’ll make the salsa verde completely from scratch and prepare the jackfruit filling.

Day 2: We’ll mix the masa, prepare the vegan cheese & jalapeño filling, wrap tamales in corn husks, and steam them to perfection.

Once you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link and a full ingredient + equipment list. You’ll cook along with Your Vegan Friend in real time, ask questions, and connect with others while making tamales from your own kitchen.
