All-Levels Yoga at Smoke & Mirrors (Nano Brew) - [Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew]

We are SO excited to flow in a new (to us) location! We've flowed at Market Garden Brewpub, Canopy, Nano Brew Cle, and Market Garden Brewery over the years, so we are thrilled to be invited to flow at their newest location: Smoke & Mirrors!

Join us in this subterranean catacomb club for a flow with great music, ambient lighting, and all-around cool vibes! Carleen is looking forward to leading this class before we grab a brew together afterwards.

(If you plan on sticking around afterwards for food or drinks, please take advantage of our reserved seating as to not interfere with brewery/brunch operations or see the host stand for additional seating arrangements.)

Keep in mind as with all brewery classes, we expect a certain amount of background noise and movement from brewery staff as we have been graciously offered this space to hold events by the Market Garden Brewery family. Let's keep the good vibes flowing!
