<h3>How do you want to feel this winter?</h3><p>We've all been through it. And our lives have changed. It's easy to feel anxious, depleted and alone these days.   Are you ready for a challenge to replenish your wellbeing?</p><p>If you would like to get daily encouragement and delicious nourishment for body, mind and heart, we've got you!</p><h3>Each day,</h3><p>will bring a new 15 minute practice video into your inbox, to do anytime, when it fits into your day.</p><h3>Each week, </h3><p>you're invited to an (optional) live community circle, to connect with other women on the journey with you. </p><p>Our team of experienced coaches, yoginis, movement artists and forest bathing guides will be by your side every step of your journey into well-being.</p><h3>Why nature-inspired? </h3><p>Because nature has millenia of life experience. Who on earth would know more about living with change and un certainty?  We can learn so much about resilience and thriving from nature.</p><h3>You're not alone.</h3><p>We all know how hard it can be to stick to a routine all by yourself.  This is why the challenge offers support: daily check-ins, practice partners and live sessions all  build community and accountability. </p><p>And why not do it together with a friend where you live?</p>

<h3>What to expect:</h3><ul><li>21 daily practices: Movement and easy yoga; journaling; guided meditations; breathwork; forest bathing</li><li>Accountability and encouragement.</li><li>Weekly live guided meditations. (optional)</li><li>A private platform to share and chat. </li><li>Weekly live group sessions on Zoom. (optional)</li></ul><h3>Schedule: </h3><ul><li>Dates:   October 13 - November 2. </li></ul><ul><li>Interactive Group Sessions: ( Zoom)</li></ul><ol><li>Wednesday, Oct.13, 12 - 1:15pm PST</li><li>Saturday, Oct.23, 12 - 1 pm PST</li><li>Tuesday, Nov.2, 12 - 1 pm PST</li></ol><h3>What you'll need:</h3><ul><li>Access to a place in nature at least a couple times per week.</li><li>A journal.</li><li>Yoga mat or a blanket</li></ul>

<h3>Your participation makes a real difference  in another woman's life: </h3><p>All ticket sales in support of Haitian women and their families recovering from the 8/14 earthquake. 100% of the proceeds will be donated directly to Haitian Health Foundation. HHF is providing  healthcare, food and education  in the rural areas close to the epicenter. HHF serves a community of around 250,000 people for 40 years and has the highest ratings on Charity Navigator.</p>
