The show debuted [Summer 2025] to a SOLD-OUT audience at Joe's Pub @ The Public Theater (Astor Place Theater District, NYC)Award winning stand-up comedians MESHELLE "The Indie-Mom of Comedy" (Nickelodeon, STARz, BET, TruTV and a home-birthing mother of 3) and Mike Troy (HBO, Comedy Central, BET, TruTV and father of 5) have their separate philosophies on parenting. MESHELLE and Mike Troy with a special guest host, TuRae (Netflix, HBO,BET, STARz and father of 5)unpack the missteps, challenges, benefits and hilarity of being "parented" and "parenting!" They come together for an unforgettable experience-and with 13 kids between them, it's safe to say, one of them nows a thing or two about parenting...or NOT!MESHELLE is a proud Bowie State University Alumna and as 1 of the 100 distinguished graduates, she is excited to support the upcoming and exciting work of the Bowie State University National Alumni Association, lead by Dr. Stephanie Overton Stanard and invites all Baltimore and DMV alumni and familes to come out and laugh!BALTIMORE, this show is right in your backyard!
