She is co-CEO and is responsible for people, operations, and infrastructure. Previously, she held executive and operational leadership positions in technology and media companies. She has served as adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University and as a member on the Board of Directors for <a href="https://www.habitatpittsburgh.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pittsburgh Habitat for Humanity</a>. Raji earned a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy from VNIT India, Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/lou-camerlengo-he-him-5a94041/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lou Camerlengo</a> is the President/Co-Founder of <a href="https://www.fivestardev.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">fivestar*</a>. Founded in 1997, fivestar* develops custom web and software solutions that centralize workflows, optimize processes, and enable decision-making through real-time data and business intelligence. Lou leads fivestar*’s business development and client retention efforts. Supporting entrepreneurship, nonprofits, gender equity, and free speech Lou was a founding board member of the <a href="https://www.pittsburghentrepreneursforum.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pittsburgh Entrepreneur’s Forum</a> and currently serves on boards of <a href="https://www.svppittsburgh.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Social Venture Partners Pittsburgh</a>, <a href="https://redchairpgh.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">RedChair Pittsburgh</a>, and <a href="https://www.pctv21.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pittsburgh Community Television</a>. He is also a member of the lay leadership team of the <a href="https://redeemerpittsburgh.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Church of the Redeemer</a>.
