This is an In-person event only. As world leaders gather at UNGA 2025 to confront urgent global challenges, the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and the Population Council will convene Our Education, Our Future—a dynamic, intergenerational dialogue on the transformative power of education for equitable and sustainable development. The event will spotlight the voices of young people from across the globe, amplify their unified Youth Statement, and create space for meaningful exchange with senior decision-makers to ensure education financing reflects the needs and aspirations of the next generation. Speakers include:<ul><li>Meredith Kozak, Population Council</li><li>Jurriaan Middelhoff, Ambassador for Youth, Education and Work, Netherlands </li><li>Luyanda Mndzebele, GPE youth leader, Eswatini</li><li>Julie Mwabe, Global Partnership for Education </li><li>Rochelle Prasad, GPE youth leader, Canada </li><li>James Sailer, Co-President, Population Council </li><li>Tricia Wind, Program Leader, Global Partnership for Education Knowledge and Innovation Exchange at International Development Research Centre (IDRC)</li></ul> Light refreshments will be provided from 8:30 to 9:00 am.
