A donation based  wellness event curated for you. Come together for a day of community, music, and movement with The Sol Flowers & Friends.

Thank you for your contribution. We look forward to seeing your on Saturday September 11, 2021. 

 - Please be prepared to show a screen shot of your contribution to the check in gate upon arrival. 
- Your contribution includes the full duration of the event. You may join us for 1, 2 or all 3 classes. 
- Bring plenty of water for the duration of the event.
- Wear and bring sunscreen!
- Bring any props, mats, or other items you desire to use throughout the event. 
- Tell your friends!

We would like to invite the community to gather, give back, and <a href="https://www.thesolflowers.com/be-in-movement" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Be In Movement</a> with one another. The Sol Flowers and Friends have curated a space for you to show up as you are, to celebrate health and mental well-being through movement, music, and community. This is a donation event based on a sliding scale to make room and hold space for everyone. We are excited to work with The Center on Colfax and collectively provide a donation to support The Center&#x27;s mission to engage, empower, enrich, and advance the LGBTQ community of Colorado.<a href="https://www.thesolflowers.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.TheSolFlowers.com</a>

This is a donation event based on a sliding scale. The majority of each contribution will be directly donated to<a href="https://lgbtqcolorado.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> The Center on Colfax</a>. Together we can make a difference!Our donation scale starts at $14. Please contribute what you CAN! If you would like to contribute MORE then predesignated amounts, select your contribution amount to confirm your spot for the event first. Then select the DONATION ONLY option to contribute more!<ul><li>When you contribute $14 - $5 directly goes back to The Center and covers the weekly cost of snacks and beverages for one youth who attends their youth program, Rainbow Alley </li><li>When you contribute $19 - $10 directly goes back to The Center and provides art supplies for one elder enrolled in their Open Art Studio classes </li><li>When you contribute $29 - $20 directly goes back to The Center and helps cover the cost of weekly social support groups for their transgender community members </li><li>When you contribute $59 - $50 directly goes back to The Center and provides one Silver Sneakers Yoga class for their elders </li><li>When you contribute $109 - $100 directly goes back to The Center and covers the cost for one youth to participate in one Summer Academy activity, a career exploration camp for LGBTQ+ youth </li></ul>Please sign our <a href="https://www.thesolflowers.com/waiver" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">LIABILITY WAIVER</a> in advance to avoid long lines at check-in.

In the RARE event that Be In Movement is canceled, no refund will be given. Instead proceeds will be donated to The Center on Colfax.
