Related Beal will be hosting a series of public meetings and office hours regarding the 244-284  A Street  'Channelside' project.

In addition to the City hosted public meetings for Article 80, Related Beal invites you to a series of public meetings and office hours regarding the 244-284 A Street 'Channelside' project. 
At these regular office hours, the public is welcome to drop in at your convenience, ask questions about the proposed project in a smaller group setting, and offer feedback. 
 
Related Beal has filed plans to transform the Fort Point waterfront into 1.1 million square feet of residential, retail, including restaurant and civic space, office and lab, with a focus on public realm, open space, resiliency, and sustainability. The unveiling follows almost 2 years of public community meetings and conversations with Fort Point neighbors, community leaders, advocates, and local businesses. Related Beal’s plans address key initiatives set forth by the City of Boston to ensure Channelside is a thriving network that will introduce more than 3.5 acres of inclusive and resilient open space, improvements to the Harborwalk, and an entirely new pedestrian experience. Related Beal looks forward to continuing the review and engagement process with these stakeholders and other interested parties.
