課程內容：紅茶特色及如何辨別品質發酵程度與芳香的關係沖泡溫度與出湯時間靑茶：東方的黃金之水--喝茶就喝烏龍茶談輕發酵茶喫茶趣如何選擇一把好壺來自東方的傳奇--鐵觀音、東方美人能喝的古董--話黑茶如何挑選適合自己的茶

講師介紹：潘存薇女士大學畢業來美，進入加州大學深造，後定居硅谷。2008年接觸茶文化，2009年在台灣參加“花與茶的對話”研習營，與來自全球甄選的30名僑商共同研習，回美國繼續在灣區各機構宣揚茶文化。
