Keynote Speaker: Michele Bachmann
Congresswoman Michele Bachmann was the first Republican woman to represent Minnesota's Sixth Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. She is a staunch advocate and self-proclaimed "Constitutional Conservative."
While serving in the U.S. Congress, Rep. Bachmann committed herself to helping Washington find its way by advocating for America's strict adherence to the Constitution. She made herself known, and loudly heard on Capitol Hill as a champion for tax reform, more efficient Government spending, and limited government. She introduced the first bill to repeal Obamacare, the day after it passed, and continually rallied for its repeal, a legislation she believes is economically stifling, healthcare restricting, and an unnecessary government intrusion into people's lives.
Rep. Bachmann is a graduate of Winona State University, and received her J.D. at the O.W. Coburn School of Law at Oral Roberts University, and received a L.L.M. in Tax Law at the College of William and Mary. She now serves as Dean of the Robertson School of Government at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.
