Set in Southern France, CONSOLATION, is a play about the relationship between a young French re-enactor, who plays a Cathar knight in a Visitor's Centre, and a middle-aged Englishwoman who belives she has experienced a past life as a Cathar heretic in thirteenth century Languedoc.  Featuring a stunning multi-media design by award-winning young Latvian designer Rūta Irbīte, and thrilling stage combat by Dan Styles, CONSOLATION is a witty, disturbing, and ultimately life-affirming journey in to lost worlds, pseudo-history, and the search for belonging - with a very contemporary twist in its tale!

Why do the tickeet prices look different to what's advertised? 
You may notice above that the tickets appear to be strange prices, slightly different to the advertised prices of Ticket Prices: £16/ £10/£8.  This is because we did not want to pass on administration charges to you.  Th eprice of the ticket above, plus the admin fee we need to add for Eventbrite together makes up the advertised prices of £16/ £10 / £8.  Any confusion please do not hesitate to contact us either through our contact number, email, facebook or twitter. 
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Tucked away just behind the main streets, our building is signposted from Fleet Street and New Bridge Street.
