Psi Omega Chapter was chartered in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1926. Members proudly serve the Greater Boston area, providing programs and scholarships that address the needs of our community.  We have 150 professional, college-educated women actively engaged in implementing the exciting Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service international program under the leadership of our International President, Glenda Baskin Glover. She has charged us to work with heightened enthusiasm and passion, joining hands as we inspire our communities and renew our efforts to “Be of Service to All Mankind."Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service includes five target programs:Target 1: HBCU for Life: A Call to ActionTarget 2: Women’s Healthcare and WellnessTarget 3: Building Your Economic LegacyTarget 4: The Arts!Target 5: Global ImpactThrough our signature program, #CAPSM, which stands for College Admissions Process, we will support students' efforts to enter college. And we will continue to leverage our Community Impact Days to engage in activities that will benefit the community and continue our commitment to lifelong service.Our chapter focuses on “Sistership, Membership and Leadership” through five areas:​

Join the Psi Omega Chapter Sorors who bring you pINKWELL at the Sorors at Sunset event, where we will "Let Our Light Shine".

Join the Psi Omega Chapter Sorors who bring you pINKWELL at the Sorors at Sunset event, where we will &quot;Let Our Light Shine&quot;. We will watch the sunset together listening to music, sharing our blessings and reflecting momentarily on our losses since we last gathered.<ul><li>Lanterns will be provided to Sorors with $25 event purchase </li><li>Deadline to purchase and receive lantern at the event is 8/11/21</li><li>Event location will provided at purchase to control attendance</li></ul>Sorors this is will be a joyful gathering, bring your chairs, blankets and snacks. At sunset we will have a moment of silence for our IBTW (white optional). We will have a reading of the IBTW names when we light our lanterns. Lanterns can also be used during Illumination Night and at Fireworks.<ul><li>Beach use is at individual&#x27;s own risk. No Lifeguards on duty</li><li>No littering, no glass bottles. Carry in - Carry out all trash and waste</li><li>No fires or open containers of alcoholic beverages are allowed</li><li>This event is permitted by the town and RD approved</li><li>Vax cards required or Masks will be available</li></ul>Profits will support Psi Omega Chapter&#x27;s Island initiatives.
