Are you looking to meet other folks who like to slow down and enjoy the scenery? Do you have trouble “settling down” for traditional meditation? Join Save Orange Hills for monthly Movement and Nature Connection!In the quiet and cool of the morning, we will begin with a short, steep hike (.25 miles) to warm up, followed by approximately 45 minutes of yoga-influenced gentle movement tailored to the needs of the group and 15 minutes of guided reflection time in which we will practice deepening our nature connection skills. After the practice there will be informal social time for building on your connections with the outdoors and other humans!**The practice is led by Heather Westenhofer, a certified naturalist and tree-hugger who has many years of professional group fitness, breathwork and meditation teaching experience. For your comfort, you might bring a yoga mat and/or a larger blanket or towel as well as water and a snack to enjoy during social time.
