What can I bring to the event?

* Your own drinks and snacks (not a whole meal).
* Pack in - Pack out. Please take all your trash with you at the end.
* Photos and Vids are allowed as long as you share and tag @sfmellowsessions

Can I purchase plants and other items?

Accepted Answer

Yes! During intermission, you can purchase anything your heart desires. Best of all, you get 15% off everything in-store during this event.

Is this event indoors?

Yes, indoors 100%. The concert takes place inside The Mellow SF.

Question 4

What's the seating situation like?

Accepted Answer

Seating is communal on a first-come basis. If you arrive late, you may end up standing until there's a break and you can find open seating.

Question 5

What time does the music start?

The concert will start at 7:30 pm - unless we have more than 50% of our guests running late.

Is there food or drinks?

There are soft drinks available for purchase. We allow you to bring your own snacks & drinks. ‼️ Remember to bring everything you will need such as wine openers, cups, and trash bags.

Is there free parking?

There's street parking available and there's also a private parking lot at the end of Haight St.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, we don't have a lot of space to accommodate our furry best friends. The store is pet-friendly during business hours.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Nope. Just bring your cellphone to show us your QR code or e-tickets

Is my ticket transferrable?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Just let us know well ahead of time. (Check our refund and transfer policy)

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, 100% ok - we scan for codes used previously.

❗️ What's the cancellation/transfer/refund policy? ❗️

Accepted Answer

You may be entitled to a refund if you contact us more than 24 hours prior to the time of the concert. Please note that a non-refundable fee of $5 per ticket will apply. Requests received within 24 hours of the event date will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

We sell out quickly for each date. We strongly suggest booking your tickets ahead of time. You are always welcome to come by and ask at the door if we have any cancellations, we may or may not be able to sell tickets at the door.
