If you arriving via the Randolph Street entrance. Take the escalator to the Mezzanine (upper lobby) to access even number floor elevators. Take elevator to 2nd floor.If you arrive via Columbus Drive entrance. You will already be on the Mezzanine Level (upper lobby). Take the elevator to the 2nd floor (no escalator needed).
