Is there parking on site?

Yes there is secured free parking on site . There will be a greeter helping you park. It is recomended to carpool if possible.

Question 2

Does this event require physical movement?

Accepted Answer

The event will not require movement unless you feel called to. A Sound Healing experience is usually enjoyed in a lying or restorative position. If you prefer to sit up while meditating that is fine as well. We will do some light stretching to get grounded at the end.
