The Art Deco Society of Los Angeles and Save Beverly Fairfax are simultaneously seeking local Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument status and National Register designation for the historic Fairfax Theatre in the Beverly Fairfax neighborhood. We do deep research when we write an historic monument application and we want to share some forgotten history about this neighborhood as it ties into the theatre and Jewish local history that doesn&#x27;t start with Canter&#x27;s Deli!
Immerse in some local history with the author of the nomination, Steve Luftman.
