Protein & constant hydration is highly recommended so bring plenty of water and proper workout attire which includes either a singlet or any form fitting undergarment, jockstrap with a pair of shorts to go over, or any workout clothing is fine, polyester & lycra preferred over cotton. Wrestling shoes & kneepads if you have any but not necessary or barefoot instead of socks to avoid slipping. SEE YOU ON THE MATS!
