Return to solidity and healthy ground in this guided meditation.

This guided meditation will gently lead the listeners through the types of uprooting one can go through when in transition. Is it an uprooting that is healthy or unhealthy? What is the ground that you are rooting into? We will explore this topic in gentle depth.

You will be led through a guided visualization and spiritual parable of the types of uprooting that can happen. You will have individual time to journal, process, and reflect upon where you are at in the transitions of your life and where you are going. Then we will share in optional small groups any questions, reflections, or wisdom that emerged. We will return to the large group and share our observations. Finally, we will end with an embodied meditation to integrate the body into the journey – how does the body feel when it roots into healthy ground? How does one know when the rooting is healthy or unhealthy?

About the teacher, Crystal Meisaan Chan: Crystal Meisaan is a published author for youth (Simon &amp; Schuster): Her debut novel, BIRD, was published in nine countries, and her second novel, ALL THAT I CAN FIX, has received multiple starred reviews. She has presented for audiences ranging from 10-600, with a special heart for youth. These days, she is actively crafting and hosting online self-care retreats to help people from all walks of life walk as best as they can in these turbulent times. She also writes haiku-esque poems and is active on social media merging the realms of art, healing, and justice.
