How to Get Federal Funding for Your EdTech Start-Up

Project FoundED

Join Project FoundED and Rupak Doshi, Founder of OmniSync, to learn how to tap into government grants and contracts for your EdTech startup

In the United States federal government agencies set aside $4 Billion every year to fund early stage startups building innovative products. Education is generally at the forefront of most of these agencies. We will discuss the various places within the government grants and contracts ecosystem that you can tap into for non-dilutive funding to provide fuel to your early-stage EdTech ventures. We will also discuss best practices, do’s and dont’s, when is it worth your time to apply and when it is not. This will be an interactive session with ample time for Q&A.BioRupak Doshi is a Founder and CEO of OmniSync, which is the creator of TurboSBIR – which functions like “TurboTax” for government grants and contracts. And (just as importantly) we hope to shine a light on the inefficiencies, the pitfalls, and the funding needs. Ultimately, we want to build a picture of our industry - the good, the bad, and the ugly - to hold up a mirror and help make our industry more accountable to equitable outcomes for our kids. We hope that this organization will become an indispensable resource for everyone in the EdTech industry and a transformative community for EdTech founders.Join Project FoundED And don't forget...Please review our Code of Conduct before attending this event.
