Yoga and meditation: We&#x27;ll start with a revitalizing all-levels friendly yoga class and affirmation meditation to help you unwind and refresh. Set new intentions and a clear vision for yourself during a guided intention-setting meditation. We&#x27;ll wrap up class with aromatherapy towels, journaling session and group discussion. Light bites and mimosas: Then connect with friends (new and old) over light healthy brunch bites, mimosas with fresh fruit, and take-home mini-bouquets!
