Wake up with the farm with relaxing yoga poses as we get our bodies moving for the day and enjoy the peaceful setting of the gardens.

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle to this morning yoga class for beginners and novices alike. We'll experience the sounds of the farm and smells of the garden as we move through a series of guided yoga poses in our outdoor pavilion.Sessions will be taught by Susan Stidd, Gorman Heritage Farm's Front Desk First Impression Maker . She has been teaching Yoga since 2015 when she received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Vitality Cincinnati. <a href="https://www.yogafeelsgood.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.yogafeelsgood.com/</a>FAQsWhere should I meet for this program?All participants can park in the Gorman Heritage Farm parking lot and meet under the pavilion adjacent to the lot.Do I need to bring anything?Bring a yoga mat or towel to set on the ground for yoga poses. A water bottle is recommended.Do I need to know how to do yoga to come?This class is great for beginners and those who have been doing yoga regularly! Each pose is an invitation and any poses that don't feel comfortable for your body can be omitted or replaced with others.Can kids come?Yes! Interested children are welcome to join with an adult! Please purchase a ticket for any attendee joining, including children.*This program will take place entirely outdoors and will run rain or shine. In the case of dangerous weather, this program will be cancelled and participants notified through the email or phone number used to register.*No refunds except in the case of cancellation - Your ticket purchase helps forward our non-profit mission at Gorman Heritage Farm to educate on sustainability, nutrition, agriculture, and the environment. *By signing up for and/or attending this program, all participants are agreeing to the following terms: As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By attending, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my attendance verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. By registering and/or attending this program, I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Gorman Heritage Farm, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors.
