The concert will take place at The Bay park on Blvd of the Arts (1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota, 34236).

How do I get to The Bay park?

The south entrance off of Blvd of the Arts will be CLOSED for this event. The primary vehicle entrance is off of 10th Street to the west of the Roundabout at 10th Street and N. Tamiami Trail. The primary pedestrian entrance is on Blvd of the Arts (6th Street).

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

FREE parking is available in the parking lots in front of the Van Wezel and in front of the Municipal Auditorium and Blue Pagoda (655 N. Tamiami Trail). FOR THIS EVENT ONLY: FREE PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE CENTENNIAL PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH AREA AFTER 5:00PM. Parking is also available in Rosemary District.

Someone in my group has mobility challenges, what do we do?

The Bay is built to full ADA compliance. Handicapped parking is available in front of the Van Wezel and Blue Pagoda (655. N. Tamiami Trail).  A drop-off area for those with mobility challenges will be available on the north side of Blvd of the Arts near the concert area.

Will Food and Beverage be available?

Come hungry and early! An assortment of Sarasota's favorite Food Trucks will be on hand serving delicious food beginning at 5:30 pm including: Bonefish Grill, Buonissimo, Clean Plate Club SRQ, Currywursttruck SRQ, Mr. Bulgogi, Nunn Better BBQ, Simply Greek and Taco Fusion Express.

May I bring my dog?

Depends. All pets must be non-aggressive and on up to a 6-foot leash at all times.

Do I need to bring my own chair for the concert?

Accepted Answer

YES! Please DO bring a lawn chair to ensure you have a comfortable seat! Seating is NOT provided.

Question 8

How will I find out about event changes or cancellations?

Accepted Answer

Event changes or cancellations will be posted on The Bay Website, Facebook, and Eventbrite up to one hour before start time, as the weather changes quickly.

Question 9

May I bring in my own alcohol?

Accepted Answer

No! No outside alcohol or coolers may be brought on premises. Alcohol may not be removed from the park grounds. Alcohol will be sold before and during the concert. A Photo ID will be required for purchase.
