Can I register for Jazz + Journaling AND Yoga?

These two sessions are running concurrently, which means that you would have to register for one or the other. Space is limited, so please make sure you register for the correct event and be sure to mark a reminder on your calendar. You will not be able to attend to both at the same time.

Question 2

Will anything be happening between the sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There will be tables up from different organizations all centered around art, health and wellness. There will also be an art station up for those who wish to paint at any time during the event. We want this event to be one where you can come, get grounded and ease your mind in safe space.

Question 3

What else will be happening?

Accepted Answer

There will be a sensory table in line with October being ADHD Awareness Month. This includes playdoh, crayons, coloring pages and sensory boxes for youth all the way to adults.
