Countryside is a 501(c3) nonprofit working to connect people, food and land through programs, advocacy and education. They work to ensure that people have access to local, healthy food; that farm and food entrepreneurs have the resources to operate viable businesses; and that farmland is protected and preserved.

Old Trail Farm

<a href="https://countrysidefoodandfarms.org/new-farmer-academy/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Countryside New Farmer Academy</a> interns and instructors invite you to take a trip out to their little slice of heaven (AKA Old Trail Farm) for an afternoon of bouquet building and cocktail sipping. The event will be held in the healing garden area of the farm, but you&#x27;ll be welcome and encouraged to explore the farm and see all the beauty the farm team has cultivated this growing season.This is an open house style event. You are welcome to come and go as you please during the duration of the event.Ticket purchase includes 1 bouquet, 1 glass of bubbles, and appetizers. Additional cocktails will be available for $5 each. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.Proceeds from this event support the continued growth of the Countryside New Farmer Academy. The Countryside New Farmer Academy works to build career pathways for the next generation of farmers and land stewards by providing classroom-style education and hands-on training in sustainable agriculture.
