How many authors will be in attendance?

UPDATED: We will have 50+ authors. If space allows, we will open up for more additions, but at this time we are fully booked. The complete Author list is shown under "HEADLINERS" and is also available in the FB group.

How many vendors will be in attendance?

UPDATED: Between 10-15. Vendors will be in their own area. Preorder pick up and shopping will be allowed through select vendors during registration Friday, and again on Saturday for the full signing day.

How many narrators will be in attendance?

Accepted Answer

Between 4-6. We will do our best to accommodate as many narrators as possible, so you're able to meet and mingle with the amazing voices who bring your favorite characters to life.

What is included with the VIP ticket?

Accepted Answer

Vip ticketholders will have access to earlier registration Friday, Friday nights Christmas PJ party, an hour of early entry for the Saturday signing (a total of 6 hours signing time), and an upgraded festive swag bag.

What is included with a General Admission ticket?

Accepted Answer

GA ticket holders will have access to registration Friday during GA registration, 5 hours of signing time for Saturdays signing event, and a festive swag bag.

Is there free parking?

Accepted Answer

No. Hotel guests will have access to a discounted rate of $45/day during their stay if staying under the room block. If staying elsewhere, attendees will have a special rate of $20 for the signing on Saturday only. *** PLEASE NOTE*** We encourage budgeting for parking no matter where you venture.

How many attendees will there be?

There will be 100 VIP tickets and 400 GA tickets. This does not include influencers or volunteers.

Will there be a ticketing system for authors?

Accepted Answer

UPDATED:  IF authors are ticketed will be determined closer to the event, likely after preorders have closed, so we have a more precise measure on who will have the need. We will only institute this if we feel it is necessary to help with flow.

Will there be a room block at the hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the event those sell out, we will have room blocks with nearby hotels at a discounted rate as well. The link to the room block will be provided in your confirmation email.

Will carts be allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Carts will be allowed. Wagons and large Hulken style bags will not be allowed due to space. Please no carts larger than 15.75"D x 14.17"W x 17.72"H.

Where do I pick up my add-ons?

Add ons items or tickets will be available for pick up during registration. Drink tickets are redeemable for Friday nights VIP event only. Lunch tickets are available for redemption on Saturday only.

Will add on items be available at the event?

Accepted Answer

There is the potential for tees and ornaments to be available for purchase at the event. We do encourage you to order items you want to guarantee, as a precaution. VIP drink tickets for Friday night, and lunch tickets for Saturday are only available  when purchasing tickets.

Will you have volunteers?

Yes! We will be posting a volunteer application in January 2026. If you have secured a ticket and are selected as  a volunteer, we will address options at that point. There will be a separate booking link for volunteers only, to ensure they have the ability to stay on site should they choose.

Is there a signing limit?

The event itself will not be instituting a signing limit on authors. This is solely at their discretion and level of comfortability. If,  on the day of, we feel reducing items will help with flow that may happen.
