Bilingual Back to School Event

The New York City Hemophilia Chapter (NYCHC) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in 2008 to address the needs of the bleeding disorder community in the greater NYC area. NYCHC's mission is to foster a sense of community amongst people affected by bleeding disorders, and to assist them and their families through information, education, advocacy, shared experiences and mutual support.

New York City Hemophilia Chapter

This retreat will help you prepare to return to school this Fall.

If you have a child with hemophilia, von Willebrand Disease (vWD), or another bleeding disorder, school can be hard to navigate. It is important to know the resources available to you. Every Fall, we host our Bilingual Back to School Event to help families in our community prepare to return to school. This year's event will be held virtually on Sunday, September 12 from 10 AM to 1 PM. Kids ages 6-12 registered before September 6 will be sent a free LEGO set!
