Come and join Qualified Mindset Coach, Meditation Trainer and Breathwork Facilitator for a fun and relaxing session for all the family on the Levenshulme Old Library Community Day."Briony will introduce some simple breathing exercises along with a meditation practice that help you connect to this present moment. When you learn some of the basics of breathing and meditation, you can start to tap into your human superpower: conscious awareness."
