Often people who are members of a fundamentalist religion are asked to sacrifice their own needs to meet the needs of the congregation or to earn their way into heaven. When did you learn how to prioritize your own needs? We will talk about ways to show yourself your own value and take care of yourself the way you deserve. This is a support group facilitated by a mental health professional. This is not a therapy session.
