Becoming your authentic Self can seem daunting when you have lived your life as others have defined it for you. Being raised to believe there is one path in life - and even maybe losing the comfort of being told how to live and who to be - can feel overwhelming. But there is joy and satisfaction in living the life you define - and that is guided by reasons that are consistent with what you value. Join us in exploring how to become your best, most authentic Self. We will start with what being authentic means - and even what it doesn&#x27;t mean. This is a support group facilitated by a mental health professional. This is not a therapy session.
