360° of Mindfulness Fall 2025 Practice Series
Overview
The 360° of Mindfulness Practice Series is offered online through Zoom this semester at no cost to the UF community and beyond. The sessions are offered by volunteers with kind hearts of the UF Mindfulness faculty team. With this group we aim to build a community of students, faculty, and staff members who share an interest to practice and learn about mindfulness.
The more sessions you attend the more benefits you will reap. You only need to register once to gain access to all 14 sessions.
There will be a 1-hour session every Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM via Zoom from Sept 8 - Dec 1. You will receive an email each Monday with details and a link to join.
